9月中旬、eCAADe + SIGraDi 2019 学会に参加してきました。欧州をホストして37回目を迎える eCAADe (Education and Research in Computer Aided Architectural Design in europe) 学会と、南米をホストとして23回目を迎える SIGraDi (Sociedad Iberoamericana de Grafica Digital) 学会のジョイント学会。ポルトガル・ポルトにある、ポルト大学建築学部で開催されました。ポルトは、ポルトガル第2の都市であり、ポートワインはこの地に由来しています。

今回は、Extended Abstract（1500 words）の投稿が50ヶ国より649編集まり過去最高記録を更新、最終的に掲載されたのが221編と、ハイレベルな競争となりました。この他、カンファレンスの前日2日間には9つのワークショップが開催されました。
